Program Overview
The AMASE music and art programs are designed to start our students with a basic knowledge of music and art, so that they can both appreciate and share music with others. As students improve, they will progress through the different levels of our programs to further enhance and develop their skills.
After interviews, AMASE teachers place incoming students in the class environment that helps them learn in the best way possible, and further support is given within the class by teachers and volunteers.
The purpose of the AMASE programs is to help students find their God-given gifts, learn how to use them, and share them with their community.
Our music program offers the following music classes. All music classes are led by highly trained music teachers. In addition, students receive one-on-one attention and small group support from carefully selected and skilled local high school volunteers. We also hold several concerts annually to showcase the talents of our students enrolled in our music program.
